All drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age and hold a full, current Australian driver's licence (or recognised international equivalent). All licences are verified prior to hire.
Standard hires include 100km. Additional kilometres are charged at a flat per-kilometre rate. If you require a higher kilometre allowance — for example, a Hunter Valley tour — please mention this when enquiring and we'll tailor a package for you.
Yes. We can deliver and collect across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, and surrounding areas. A delivery fee may apply depending on your location — contact us for a quote.
The BMW iX is fully electric. It will always be provided to you with a full charge. Please ensure the vehicle is returned at the same charge level — or alternatively, an EV charging fee may apply.
